Around the August long weekend each year, Sparks Street in Ottawa, Canada hosts the Ottawa International Buskers Festival where activities are plentiful including a funny clown, entertainers of all sorts and exhibits of various artwork. This particular clown performs funny shows and makes all sorts of balloon shapes for the children that visit the Sparks Street mall.
