Killarney Provincial Park in the Canadian Province of Ontario is located on Lake Huron's Georgian Bay and is a 'wilderness park', which means that it has mainly been left as natural as possible.

The park was established due, primarily, to the efforts of the artist A.Y.Jackson, who did not want to see the area destroyed by logging. By 1964 with the support of the rest of the Group of Seven, 10,000 square kilometers of the Georgian Bay shore was declared a wild reserve.
