The marina along the coastline of the town of Digby in the Bay of Fundy, Nova Scotia is an area large enough for yachts to easily dock for the night. The colorful boats in this part of the marina that are tied up to the dock are fishing boats that the locals from the town of Digby use on their daily fishing excursions.
Digby, Nova Scotia has been an active fishing town for many years and to this day it brings in a good income for the local residents. Lumber is another source of income for Digby, but fishing and tourism are the main two.

The fishing boats need to be cautious of the tides around the town of Digby as they can reach outrageous heights of twenty-eight to thirty-five feet near the harbour and marina.
