The Charles Bridge in the city of Prague in the Czech Republic is a historical landmark that crosses over the Vitava River. The construction of this bridge began in 1357 and was not finished until early in the 15th century and was the only way to get across the river until 1841.
The name of the Charles Bridge in the city of Prague was first called the Stone Bridge or the Prague Bridge and was renamed the Charles Bridge in 1870. Approximately 516 meters long and home to three amazing towers with the one on the side of the Old Town being the most fascinating.
