The Rock of Gibraltar is famous all over the world and visitors to the Bay of Algciras and the city of Gibraltar will not be disappointed. The Cable Car ride to the top of the Rock only takes about 8 minutes to transport visitors, but the views of the Bay, Gibraltar and across the Strait to Morocco are amazing. The ride costs 9 euros round trip (5 for children and under 6 years-free). There is a 2 minute stop at the Middle Station before the cable car continues on to the summit.

... at all, but Macaque tail-less monkeys. The local farmers consider them annoying pests, but as they have lived on the Rock for centuries, and are an extremely popular tourist attraction, the farmers' complaints fall on deaf ears.
At the Top Station of the Cable Car ride there is a cafe, viewpoints and the inevitable gift shop. St. Michael's Cave, which is anywhere from 15,000 to 20,000 years old, a labryinth of limestone caves, can also be visited while at the top of the Rock of Gibraltar.
