Thousands of tourists journey to Vancouver Island, BC to observe the old growth forest known as Cathedral Grove which is full of massive Douglas Fir, Western Hemlock and Western Red Cedar trees. A place where children, as well as adults, can learn and view how important the forest of Cathedral Grove is to the natural world.
Parking throughout MacMillan Provincial Park on Vancouver Island, BC can be scarce at times and early arrivals will get the better spots. Follow the signs throughout Cathedral Grove for trail markings and wander amongst the oldest forest growth in British Columbia.
