We usually ship within 48 hours via "standard mail".
Within North America you should expect your order within 1-2 weeks, however
please be aware that it can take longer. Unfortunately we can not guarantee
how long shipping will take and are therefore not responsible for any delays
caused after the item has left our hands.
We are offering handling/shipping flatrates for all products to the USA and Canada.
The same rates apply for photo prints to Germany, Austria and Switzerland:

$20 up to $190 value
$30 up to $500 value

If you wish to have your item shipped by Express (extra shipping cost) please send
us a email immediately after you receive your paypal receipt.

- in North America on E-Surface Paper (matte finish) with a Lustre Coating to protect your print against fingerprints and UV exposure. (Display & 100-year archival quality)
- in Europe on Kodak Pro Ultra Endura (matte finish, glossy available on special request) (Display & 100-year archival quality)
Prints are delivered unframed, unmated.
All fine art photo panorama prints are digitally signed by Rolf Hicker in the right bottom corner.
My "normal" panorama photo prints are in the approximately ratio 1:3. I also offer some panorama photo prints in the ratio 1:2.
