Photo of alaska sea kayaking in the Inside Passage. Sea Kayaking in Alaska became a very popular vacation activity. Alaska kayaking can be easily done on the inside passage. Most kayaking companies can be found in Juneau, which is also a very popular cruise ship destination. We used Juneau for our alaska sea kayaking adventure, but before we did the real thing in the pacific ocean we had some easy kayak experince on the Mendenhall Glacier Lake. It wasn't the real sea kayaking experience on the Lake but it sure was a useful learning experience. Kayaking on Mendenhall Lake with Mendenhall Glacier in the background (model released).
